We must stop the senseless violence against defenseles bicycles

Here's my bike, locked up across the street from Two Fisted Marios on Market at 16th, after we ate dinner there tonight. I'm not sure what happened here, but it appears someone tossed a smoothie at my handlebars. Or maybe they were carrying the smoothie in their left hand as they passed my bike and caught the cup on my bars.
Whatever it was, I'm sure both I and the smoothie's owner were disappointed with the outcome of this bike-smoothie collision.
