Prime conditions

I stopped to take this photo on my cruise through the Capitol parking lot, figuring these were totally epic conditions to be out there on a road bike with slicks. Yeah, I'm so crazy.
Then a guy on a fixie rode by me, smoking a cigarette. Right on.
