At my office, there's an employee bike rack that I sometimes use. I have now seen this same bike like this on two separate occasions:
The first time I just thought that someone was messing with the bike, but now I realize that the owner parks his bike like this because he wraps his U-lock from the bike's headtube to the rack. I'll give him the fact that these "wheel holder" type racks suck, but I'd really like to see how he balances his bike while he attempts to lock it up.
