I took this at about 5:00 today on 16th Avenue between Race and Vine streets. I've seen this guy around Capitol Hill for a couple years, but only recently did I notice that he likes to park his shopping cart in the bike lane on 16th. It's easily bigger than a Mini Cooper.
Five minutes after I took that photo, I had to ride in the traffic lane for a half-block because a lady in a motorized wheelchair was coming the wrong way down the bike lane. I'm pretty sure she was listening to a police scanner, too.
